dark roomsmall labels
the room i was assigned felt quite dark. it was difficult to read anything inside without additional lighting. also , the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom had very small labels , so distinguishing between products was a challenge.

i really enjoyed the location, near victoria station. the kitchenette was a definite bonus. waitrose supermarket was just around the corner, very convenient. staff were friendly and cute, very helpful .
the room was a little smaller than i expected, but still functional.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly (seriously, i've never seen such dedicated people!). the room was super clean with really great amenities. i loved the kitchenette. It had everything needed to prepare a quick meal. leaving my luggage after checkout was super convenient and allowed me to see more.
the room size was a touch smaller than expected, but honestly, it didn't impact my experience much.
